Weekly piano lessons, 60mn - 50 £

General terms and conditions for monthly rate

Tip: With this rate, you can enjoy the benefits of regular, structured lessons that provide flexibility and consistency in learning.

Planning:

• A time slot is reserved for you every week or every two weeks, depending on your chosen schudule.

• Lessons run continuously on a monthly basis, and the calendar is structured around the school year for smooth planning.

Payment:

• When you register, you will receive a quote based on the monthly rate. You have the choice to pay each month via a single payment or set up an automatic monthly payment. We kindly request payment within 14 days of receiving each monthly invoice.

• During the summer months (July-September), you will only be invoiced for lessons taken each month, as we understand scheduling may be more challenging.

Cancellations and missed lessons:

By the students:

• Please notify us by a message to the administration or via the student portal.

• Absences reported more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a make-up lesson if the teacher’s schedule allows. However, teachers’ schedules are typically full, so make-up times are not guaranteed.

• Make-up lessons can be scheduled via the student portal or arranged directly with the teacher.

• Online or asynchronous lessons are also available and provide flexible alternatives.

• Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, are fully due.

By the teacher:

• Our teachers are active concert musicians, so while we aim to provide consistent lessons, occasional cancellations may occur.

• Student or parent will be notified as soon as the cancellation is known via a text from the teacher or the administration.

• If a teacher cancels, students or parents will be notified as soon as possible, and an alternative lesson time, substitute teacher, or online/asynchronous lesson will be offered. These alternatives do not reduce the lesson cost.

• If no alternative can be arranged, you will not be charged for the missed lesson.

Termination:

• We want you to have the best learning experience, so if you feel another teacher or approach would suit you better, we fully support your decision. 

• You may terminate your contract at the end of any month with two weeks' notice (if possible).
